Refund Policy

We know how frustrating it can be to order a product online and once it gets there it doesn’t quite look as good on you as it did that model. What’s even worst is most companies return policies are complicated or don’t give refunds or returns leaving you with shoes or dresses that you can’t wear.

Shop confidently with our Refund & Exchange Policy. Never feel stuck with a pair of unwanted shoes or clothing from the BDN Shop. Our goal is to be your favorite dance store, with service that will make you come back again and again.

14- Day Refunds & Exchanges

Within 14 Days of receiving your purchase if you have issues or problems with your items, we will gladly exchange the product, issue a store credit for the purchase price, or refund the purchase price**.

Just follow these simple steps to take advantage of our 14 Day Policy:

  1. Within 14 Days of receiving your package please inspect all items purchased and check for any defects, fit or sizing problems, or mistakes. (We will confirm through the tracking number if you are within the 14 Day period.)                                    
  2. Email returns@ballroomdancersnetwork.com with your name, email address, the order number or receipt. We will then start the exchange/refund process and send you instructions on the return.
  3. After receiving return instructions prepare your item(s) to be returned and shipped to us. Once we receive your return and inspect the products for approval, we will prepare your exchange or issue the Refund to your card within 5-7 days. Please check your email for all updates on your returns.

**Some restrictions apply to Refunds/Exchanges

To qualify for the Refund/Exchange Policy we’ve set up some rules to make sure that we can continue to offer such an awesome guarantee on our products and stay in business 😉

  • All items must be in new condition, unused, and with all accessories that were included. All original items in the packaging with tags must be kept. So please don’t throw away the packaging and/or boxes if they can be used for returns.
  • For Dance Clothing: If the original tags are not attached; if the garment has been worn, altered, washed or if there are soils/stains of bodily perspiration, cologne/perfume, smoke or any other signs of wear the return will not be approved.
  • For shoes please try on soft surfaces (carpet, rug, etc.) so that you don’t soil the soles. Shoes that show visible wear and tear, shoes with soiled soles or shoes which have been used on a hard surface cannot be returned for refund, credit, or exchange.
  • Customized, Special Orders or Personalized orders don’t qualify.
  • Dance Accessories(tights,undergarments, makeup,etc) packages that have been opened will not qualify for exchange or refund.
  • All sales of Clearance, Discontinued items, or Gift Cards are final. No return of Clearance items will be permitted for refund, credit or exchange unless product is damaged or is defective upon examination. (Sales promotions will still be accepted as normal returns.)
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost to send the product back to us. If you choose to exchange the item for a different size or equivalent item of same or lesser value, we will not charge you to reship the item once your return is approved. If a store credit is issued you will have to place a new order to spend the store credit. If any shipping cost for the new purchase is incurred it will be the responsibility of the buyer.
