Rumba
The Ballroom dance version of Rumba or Rhumba as is was spelled in the dance world so it is not confused with the Cuban Rumba which has a different style in the dance and music. The American version was brought to New York City by Cuban composer Don Azpiazú in May 1930.
There are slight difference between International Latin and American Rhythm when dancing. International style is normally danced to slower BPM than its American counterparts.
